Opened in 2017 by Ballarat locals who sought a restaurant with exceptional food and cocktails to match.The seasonal menus focus on the use of quality local ingredients and shared dining. Expect tantalising Asian cuisine with a modern Australian twist. The dedicated bar staff have tasked themselves with elevating the cocktail scene in Ballarat. Using a range of rare spirits, washes/infusions, and all round class, the bar staff have given their all to bring a flavour to suit almost every dish and every palate. The cocktails primarily use seasonal citrus and floral notes to cut through the naturally fattier flavours of Asian food, leaving you with a clean palate ready for another bite.
Be sure to keep an eye on the specials board, as the team loves to push boundaries with something new every week.
The bar also holds a modest selection of Japanese whisk(e)ys that are hard to come by.
